Proposed Title:
“A Propose Sales Operation with Inventory Monitoring System for Best Buy Trading Supply (BBTS) Computer Sales“
Area of Investigation
Sales take a lot of process that starts on the customers and ends when they bought what they need. Dealing with the customer’s needs takes effort for the store. Sales process is not all about selling but also in sales record keeping and monitoring.
Best Buy Trading Supply (BBTS) Computer Sales owned by Mr. Hankyu Joo, a Korean Businessman. BBTS Computer Sales starts its operations and have been selling computer units, parts and accessories two years ago up to present. The Company is located in Quezon Blvd. The researcher observed that the store doesn’t have any existing system to manage its sales, transaction and inventory so the researchers come up with the idea to develop a system The “Sales Operation with Inventory Monitoring System” for monitoring and management of sales and inventory. The researchers observed that in the usual process of dealing in buying the goods/products, the transaction takes a lot of work and effort, and even paper works.
In solving those kinds of issues, the researchers will develop a system where the customers were being able to create easy transaction to the store by means of a system. The questions of the costumers in the counter regarding the items to be purchase will be reduce because the system can now display the description, features, and price of every products. It will also help store owners and employee in terms of sales and inventory monitoring/ management with ease in record keeping/ monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly store sales.
