DEDICATION
In a special way, I wish to dedicate my work to two very special people in my life. First, to the memory of my late father, Mr GACACA Etienne, who made me the person I am today. He was a wonderful father and I will always appreciate the effort he invested into nurturing me and my siblings to greater heights.
I also dedicate my work to my wife NAYIGIZIKI Kezie who has been there for me throughout my course and has constantly encouraged me to complete my thesis.
