2. Taking permissions from teachers, college amenities and getting event budgets cleared.

4. Communication gap between Convener and individual event organizers.-IN APP MESSAGING, BUT WHATSAPP IS A FAR BETTER TOOL IN THIS RESPECT.
5. Publicity of fest(Physical and on social media).
6. Getting popular performers for pro-nites.
7. Responding to attendees’ queries.
8. Distribution of prize money and certificates in less time.
9. Getting qualified judges for popular events.
10. Assuring that resources are supplied in proper time and at less cost to event organizers.
11. Getting organizers’ bills passed, i.e. phone bills or any other money they’ve spent from their own pockets.
