Executive Summary

Despite all good intentions desired, barriers will arise within every organization that prevents effective communication, and these will be described in addition to the solutions with the aid of academic models. In other words, this report will describe the most common causes of barriers of to effective communication in organizations besides to answers to these difficulties, from the perspective of contemporary theorists, with a brief critique of each suggested solution and recommendations for promoting fluency in communication.
