II. INTRODUCTION Location
Ayala Center, 1223 Makati City, Philippines
Situated amongst skyscrapers of Makati, the country's premiere financial district, Dusit Thani Manila sits on the lap of luxurious sights and sprawling urban hubs that offer reliable access to city splendors, historic sites, meeting and convention centers. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and entertainment complex, and the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station. Within Ayala Center and close proximity to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Ayala Museum, Greenbelt (Lifestyle Center), and Santuario de San Antonio Church.

Brief History
The origins of the Dusit Thani Group date back to 1949, when Chair Person Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui opened her first hotel, the “Princess” on Bangkok’s New Road. In 1970, Dr. Khunying opened the company’s flagship hotel, the Dusit Thani in Bangkok. “Dusit Thani” in Thai means “Heavenly City” and is named after King Rama VI’s 1918 vision of the ideal metropolis. The Dusit Thani was designed to blend Thai culture with the highest standards of international accommodation.
In 1995, Dusit International acquired the Hotel Nikko Manila by purchasing shares in the holding company, Philippine Hoteliers Inc. (PHI), from Japan Airlines Development Company Limited and JAL Trading Inc. The Hotel Nikko Manila came under the management of Dusit Thani Hotels & Resorts, and was renamed the Dusit Hotel Nikko, Manila. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the project produced positive outcomes to improve the veterans’ quality of life. The role of a leader used evidence-based decision-making and applied ethical standards. The importance of nursing theory provided the principles to generate nursing knowledge and create practices to help the veterans who are affected by PTSD. The practicum experience enhanced the role as a nurse educator to improve cost-effective nursing practices for the veterans at the VA Medical Center.…

    Mead & Hampson (1996) developed a study involving the divided visual field paradigm and a phonological rhyme/non-rhyme task to test the speed and accurateness of either side of the brain. This study was used to investigate functional asymmetry between the left and right hemispheres in phonological processing. The research was taken out equally on 15 male and 15 females London Metropolitan University students ranging from ages 18 – 35 years old.
