Phoenix Advertisement Agency Case Study
¬ Over the last two years, the Phoenix Advertisement Agency has been able to increase its employee base by fifty percent, due to an increase in the number of clients we are currently serving. Some of the biggest clients that have join us include Smith and Sons, as well as Whole Diet Inc. With this in mind, we have been able to expand our company and currently, we have three operational branches, with two offices are set to opened in Kansas city and Huston Texas. The expansion is expected to help us achieve our expansion goals which targets ten branches by 2018. So far, the main office has been the greatest course of revenue, racking in an average of sixty percent of the total sales. It is important to note that all our branches are unique to each other and this is greatly attributed to the diverse nature of clients that they target. The newer branches in California is expected to be the most challenging to run being that it predominantly focuses on serving celebrities, as well as influential clientele.The primary goal of the company still remains to be an influencer of the current advertisement platform, focusing on an integrated approach in order to maximize on the potential of every campaign. Customer satisfaction is a crucial goal being that it is an important avenue for referrals, as well as client retaining. We are proud to announce that most of our clients have been happy with the results they attained after choosing us to be their advertisement team of choice. I would like to take this opportunity to announce the introduction of a new position in the board of director’s docket. We advertised for the position of a director in charge of operation and hence we expect to have a new member added to the team by the end of the month. According to the records presented to us by the Roanoke branch in Virginia, we have lost both clients and important workers. This has adversely affected our profit margin, as well as employee morale in that branch. The situation has compelled the branch managers to expect more from the staff member, who have been expected to work tirelessly to ensure that the situation is rectified. This has been a subject of great debate at the executive level being that it does not positively portray the company image. We are known to thrive to have a positive working environment and we also know that working for longer hours adversely affects the quality of work being presented. This is an issue that we have discussed with Mr. Forest and we came to the conclusion that we need more information from the rest of the executive team.In order to be able to overcome the predicament that we have found ourselves in, we will be meeting in four working days in order to inform the rest of the team of our decision. In this situation, it is expected that some of the experienced workers will be transferred to fill the vacant positions, in Roakone, while a few will travel temporarily to support the thin workforce in that branch.
