ABSTRACT

With the facts and figures, what we realized some organization has motivational inspiration with there employee has capable work accuracy & experience. A generalized approach that we abstracted through employees their problems are in minority likes timing, performance appraisal, incentives and promotions. We also abstracted acknowledgement by questionnaires and interviews. Our result abstracted not up to the mark as we were expected. With honorific words, We simply concluded that, in some organization employees are little bit satisfy, because of timing, work desk problems, promotions. We wish it could be better if organizations implies and analysis there main problems to solve instantly.

Introduction

If you can communicate effective in speaking and writing you have a highly valued skill. In numerous survey business executives ranking the ability to communicate first among the personal factors necessary for promotion.

Communicating effectively in speaking and writing extends across all areas of business, including management, technical clerical, social positions. And now in the nineties, the phenomenal growth of internal trade creates the need for you to also understand intercultural communication, the ability to speak and write in ways that are sensitive to and cognizant of factors in different cultural contexts.

This project discusses the importance and benefits of effective communication to you and your organization. It also reviews the basic components of a message; in include concepts and problems in communicating and facets of non verbal communication. The need for great’s cultural sensitivity and knowledge of international issues is also stressed and emphasized.

The ability to communicate well has always provided advantages to those who pass it, communication has a rich exclusive history and its tradition can still be soon in modern-say communication concepts.
