This measure is reserved for more serious offenses wherein the department manager feels the conflict requires higher-level intervention. Solutions may include disciplinary action, suspension or termination of the offending party. Should a conflict between manager and associate arise, please submit your complaint to HR. The complaint will be reviewed and answers and solutions provided for resolution to the problem. While it is Fashion Fierce’s mission to provide a conflict-free workplace, please remember that not every complaint can be resolved to your appeasement. In regard to associate and customer safety, drugs and alcohol use or influence is prohibited while on Fashion Fierce property. In off-property business-related events, alcohol may be consumed, but inebriation is prohibited. Failure to adhere to these codes will result in disciplinary action. Physical violence is never acceptable and will result in immediate termination and removal from the facility.

    When a conflict arises with a colleague I ensure that I take this member of staff to a private area and arrange to discuss this properly at a relevant time for us both, If this arises quickly and this member of staff starts to discuss this in public I would try to calm this member of staff down and explain it’s not the time or place to do this in a respectable manner and move it to an office or an empty room.
