I am writing to you with regard to Mr. Adebayo Lawal who has requested that I write a letter of recommendation on his behalf. Adebayo and I discussed his recent decision to pursue graduate studies through your university. I applaud his decision and strong desire to take his dedication and skill to the next level. At AGL Consulting we continually recognize new employees who seek more than a career. They are looking to make their mark in the IT and management industry. They come with dreams of high success and are willing to work hard. However, IT and management industry is quite competitive and often tough to break into. Many with high hopes don’t survive the pressure. Others seem to handle pressure well, but lack creativity, guts or discipline. There is also a great need for these individuals to remain focused on the “big picture” and lead the company toward its goals. Lastly, one must continue to grow and improve personally and professionally to reach the top. Luckily for AGL Consulting we recognize that Adebayo possesses all of the necessary qualities to succeed in this tough business. We have closely watched him develop into a fine leader. Additionally, Adebayo’s desire to stay at the top of his game is clear as he consistently offers a fresh perspective and creative approach to projects. He also approaches his projects by calculating risks and making solid determinations. I have worked with Adebayo for 2yrs.He is also constantly looking for new challenges, skill building and developing a resourceful network of colleagues that respect and admire him. Adebayo is still young to the industry and can be embellish here at times. However, he somehow manages to turn negative events into positive learning experiences and never makes the same mistake twice. He also never gives up and appreciates positive criticism that can only make him grow in the long run. Adebayo does have a few shortcomings—that he is aware of and tries

There were two major historical turning points during this period; Reconstruction and the Industrial Revolution. With the end of the Civil War in 1865 came the Reconstruction Era which lasted until 1877. During this time the federal government attempted to resolve the issues that resulted from the ending of the Civil War. Although physical rebuilding of the region began quickly and rapidly progressed, reconstructing southern society proved to be a much more difficult process. The two major concerns were from the political stand point on how to integrate rebel states back into the nation and from the social stand point on how to integrate 4 million newly freed slaves back into society.…

RE: Young Leaders for Camp Elim’s Disadvantaged Kids Camp. Hi, My name is David Hayes and I am the Manager at Camp Elim at Forster. Camp Elim is owned and operated by the churches of the Mid North Coast Baptist Association and I am looking for personable, mature, youngish (16 plus) Christians with lots of energy and a sense of humour. Their mission (should they accept it) is to assist in running a camp for 1113 year olds who come from disadvantaged backgrounds or who are children at risk. These kids who are from the North & Mid North Coast Area are sponsored by their local Lions Clubs. At camp we endeavour to give them a memorable and meaningful time for one week. Mandatory Training runs from Midday Saturday 13 th April to when the Kids arrive at around 3pm on Sunday 14th. This training time also gives opportunity for getting to know one another’s strengths, humour, idiosyncrasies etc. before camp as there will be no time once the kids arrive at camp. Camp finishes for kids just after breakfast on Saturday 20th April. Leaders finish after a debrief at around 11am.. usually followed by a farewell lunch at the Food Court in Stockland Shopping Centre. The camp is run with a Camp Dad and Mum, Tim & Darlene Erieau (former New Tribes Missionaries), A couple of youthful, tireless and energetic Directors of Funky Games, an even number of male and female leaders, 24 in total of 16 to 25 year olds provide the energy to make the camp happen with about 4 other more mature adults with good eyes, wise words and caring hearts completing the team. I am would also be grateful if you could offer any suggestions for the team. There is no cost to leaders apart from getting to and from Camp Elim and sometimes we can assist with car-pooling. If you have any questions please feel free to email or call. David Hayes 6554 0277, davidh51@bigpond.com 0428 512 312…

Bullying is a major problem in today’s society. People can be bullied anywhere, by anything; at the job for being an outsider, on the street for being African or in the school for being dyslexic. There’s actually a quite conspicuous difference between the number of people who has been reported bullying others and reported victims of bullying. Statistics by National Bullying Survey show that 87 % have been bullied the past 12 months, but only 20 % have been reported bullying. The numbers depict the victim’s insecurity as well as show how many who really dare to report their bully.…
