Internal – Line Managers, HR / Personnel Specialists, Staff handbooks and Policy Documents held within the organisation External – Trade Union Representatives, Libraries / Internet Links i.e. ACAS, Business Link, Government, courses and Legal Professionals
4. Describe how representative bodies can support employees.
Representatives can help their members by offering assistance within work with Redundancy, Health and Safety and Pensions.
5. Briefly describe employer and employee responsibilities for equality and diversity in a business environment. You should give at least two employer responsibilities and two employee responsibilities.
