with disagreements between children and young people Dealing with conflicts with children can be challenging. Young children get very emotional and are often crying. Especially children in Infants years‚ the smallest thing can cause a disagreement‚ usually in the playground over toys. I find the best way to deal with conflicts is to be calm and get each child to explain what happened‚ this shows you are not taking sides and you are listening to both‚ explain the difference in right and wrong.
