The management include the person that lead some departments such as accounting, customer service, and human resources. They will be an adviser or give the advice and information to the higher manager. They will make the plans by identify goals, decide what to do in the future (tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, next 5 years ...) and get the action plans. Moreover, the manager can organize by optimal use of the resources required to implement the plan.
