Why Is Workers Needs Training?
Who needs training?
There are many situations where a worker needs training. Firstly, training is needed when an individual worker are facing difficulties in performing their job satisfactorily. The difficulties may arise because they do not know exactly what they have to do, do not receive enough information about the task given and may because lack of skill and knowledge. With training, workers are able to learn about the job specification as well as skills needed to accomplish the task given.
Secondly, training also needed when new workers are recruited. New workers who enter into the organization may be the one who just graduated or just finish their studies. These new workers usually have less knowledge and skill. Even if they have full

In training, the management responsible to set a goal to be accomplished at the end of the training process. The goal must assemble the real needs of the organization. It cover what the management want their workers to behave, act and practice in the organization. The goal of training may be the general goal for the organization likes to achieve higher profit or to become a well-known organization. Besides, the training also should have their own vision and mission. It might cover the things like to train workers to expert in skill needed and to teach them about the new technology the organization …show more content…
Trainees will find it easy to copy the thing that they have seen rather than just hear the theory about the thing. A simple example is when a mother tells her daughter to cook rice. Rather than hear the instruction from mother on what to do, the daughter will learn faster if she see how her mother done it first. She can learn from her mother action and try to do exactly the same to cook rice.
Modeling can takes many forms such as real-life demonstrations or videotapes. Modeling demonstrates the desired behavior or method to be learned. This kind of modeling is very helpful because trainees can spot every detailed behind every action. Modeling is the best medium to train worker because sometimes the aids of pictures and drawing just not enough to tell them on what to do. Pictures and drawing can get the visual message across and trainees may not get what they need.
In some cases, modeling the wrong behavior can even be helpful if it shows trainees what not to do and when clarifies the appropriate behavior. We can see the best example of modeling when we are on flight. Before the flight take off, flight attendance will share some security tips on flight. They will model their passenger on how to fasten the seatbelt, how to use oxygen mask and what to do during
