Weight was not the problem I was the problem. I get greedy when it comes to food, almost like the duck eating every piece from a turtle in a pond.
During my childhood, my family indulged in weekly events. Those weekly events included candy yams, macaroni and cheese, even the choices of gumbo. You could smell the curled cheese to the wild funk-ti-fied seafood. The smell fulfilled my plump stomach. How could you say no to the choices you are offered? I could not say no and I did not. I even had second a plate after 15 minutes from my first plate. I was still hungry and the food could not go to waste, it does not deserve to go into a dumpster or ate for left overs.
