Objectives and Scope of the Project
•Objectives Of The Project:
The followings are the main objectives of my research project
•To know the consumer awareness about Vehicle Tracking System •Measuring Customer Satisfaction in terms of product, service, pricing •Identify the potential customers for Vehicle Tracking System in Pune •To know Vehicle Tracking System is helping Tours and travels, Transporters, Logistics companies, Heavy vehicle owners, Car showrooms and schools.
•Scope of the Project:
The project includes direct interaction with the customer and this help me to know the awareness of vehicle tracking system among the various business owners. It also helps me to know the potential customers for vehicle tracking system. This study is of great importance for me as well as the company which will know about the customers’ preferences to buy vehicle tracking system. •The results obtained will give an overview of the different criteria based on which an existing customer can be used to generate sufficient leads for the company. •The study can be helpful in taking decision so as to improve the approach towards customers for getting reference and service. •This project also helps to know how an organization works in real environment and under different market scenario. •To increase the awareness about VTS among various business owners. • To determine the overall image of vehicle tracking system in Pune.
