I got this opportunity to prépare the Research report on ‘‘Organizational study of Apollo hospital Bilaspur ’’ from DIMAT COLLEGE RAIPUR (C.G) This report involve the concentrated effort of study and keen observation on some aspect result were collected from différent source. I am very grateful to Prof. N.H Deshpandey (Vice President – Faculty of Management) for giving me this opportunity of doing this project on ‘‘Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur’’. I wish to express my sincere thanks to Prof. Harsha Sharda (Internal Guide) for the constant guidance and encouragement given by her in every point of project.She was available and was keen for discussion and guidance whenever required. I would also like to express my sincère thanks to the members of Apollo Hospital for giving essential information about my study.

ABSTRACT

This report is detailed survey about organizational structure of Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur (C.G). Organizational structure is the established pattern of relationships among components or parts of the organization. It act as a Channel for achieving organizational goals. The research was done among the members of middle management and top management and per their view point patients come to them in Apollo when case become out of their control and they are very serious. In organizational structure, Apollo believes in open doorpolicy where each and every member of hospital is given a chance to put their views in a written form and give to the head of their respective department. The department heads hold discussion on the view points of their subordinates and find some conclusion and then forward to the top management if the demand or suggestion is valuable in their perception. At last I conclude that the OPEN DOOR POLICY prove to be helpful in bringing out excellent suggestion to solve problem and the working environment of hospital is satisfactory and motivating for employee.
