Talent management refers to the process of developing and integrating new workers, developing and retaining current workers, and attracting highly skilled workers to work for a company.In simple words, talent management is identification of potential and developing it. One such company in India to follow talent management is Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest software developing centre. In Chennai, the , workplace for 30,000 people: that is equal to the seating capacity of the L Lords cricket ground in London.That is one big reason why the HR processes are London.That highly digitised at one of the India’s largest employers. In the year 2009, it was on number three as the best company to work for in India, after Infosys and Google India.
