God created some people with the gift of leadership. You were born with the innate qualities to lead people. Throughout your life your leadership ability will grow through guidance from Christ, training and education, and actual experience. You were given the best example of leadership through Jesus Christ. "I will bring the blind by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These are the things I will do for them, And not forsake them." (Isaiah 42:16, NKJV) God told you how He would lead you and that is your example to lead others. You can be a charismatic leader, a transformational leader or an authentic leader. aAmen, excellent application of your Biblical reference

"Charismatic Leadership states that followers make attributions of heroic or extraordinary leadership abilities when they observe certain behaviors." (Judge & Robbins, 2009) Needs work Charismatic leaders bring an extreme positive force to situations that will allow them to be easily embraced by their followers. The authentic leader will make sure their followers have all the accurate information that they need. "Authentic leaders are portrayed as possessing self-knowledge and a personal point of view, which reflects clarity about their values and convictions. They are also portrayed as identifying strongly with their leadership role, expressing themselves by enacting that role, and acting on the basis of their values and convictions." (Eilam & Shamir, 2005) Authentic leaders are very confident.

Following and relying on one’s own instincts and judgements to lead others and do what is best for an organization.
