INTRODUCTION
Computer is a programmable usually electronic device that can store, retrieve, and process data. It is now the most in need in offices, banks, business companies , government and especially students. If internet cable is connected, you can surf and access data online. However, we Information Technology students are obliged to use computers to execute or run our programs , not just running programs but some other cases also like in Multimedia, we used photoshop. Textpad in making java class programs and notepad for creating and making webpages. This study aims to determine or trace the problems of West Negros University of computer laboratory facility. This will help identify the difficulties we students experienced. This will also help the faculty to give them ideas on how to improve facilities in the computer laboratories. All students who’s taking computer courses or using the computer laboratories at West Negros University will be mostly benefited.
Statement of the Problem
The purpose of this study is to determine the computer laboratory problems of West Negros University experienced by the second year Information Technology Students.
Specifically, this study aims to answer the following questions : 1. What are the problems encountered by the second year information technology students of West Negros University in the computer laboratories?
