Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersinin Tanımı
Uygulama Dersi, öğretmen adaylarının, Pedagojik Formasyon Programında belirtilen teorik derslerin bir kısmını tamamladıktan sonra, öğretmenlik mesleğini gözlemleyerek ve uygulayarak öğrenmesi ve içselleştirmesi amacıyla konulmuş haftada 2 saat teorik, 6 saat uygulamalı bir derstir.
Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersinin Amaçları
Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersi tamamlandığında öğretmen adayları aşağıdaki nitelikleri kazanmış olmalıdır: * Öğretmenlik deneyimi kazanmaları için gönderildikleri uygulama okulunun değişik sınıflarında öğretmenlik uygulaması yaparak öğretmenlik mesleğinin gerektirdiği yeterlikleri geliştirebilme, * Kendi alanlarının okul eğitim programını tam anlamıyla öğrenebilme, kullanılan ders kitaplarını ve öğrenci değerlendirme teknikleri hakkında yorum yapabilme, * Uygulama okullarındaki öğretmenlik uygulamaları sırasında edindikleri deneyimleri arkadaşları ve uygulama öğretim elemanı ile paylaşıp geliştirme.

Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Dersinin İşleyişi
Uygulama Dersi öğretim üyesi Uygulama Dersi’ni aşağıdaki adımları takip ederek yürütecektir.

1. Adım: Dersin Tanıtımı
Öğretim elemanı tarafından her dersin başında öğretmen adaylarına dersin amaçları ve yapısı açıklanır. Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersinde yapmaları gereken etkinlikler, çalışmalarının kaydını nasıl tutacakları, çalışmanın nasıl ve kim tarafından değerlendirileceği kendilerine açıklanır. Osmanlıların başlangıç dönemlerinde beyliğin kabilevî nitelikte bir toplumsal yapıya mı dayandığı, yoksa Osmanlıların daha ilk yıllardan itibaren yerleşik bir toplum düzenine mi sahip bulunduğu tartışması bir yana, beyliğin kurulup yayıldığı bölge itibariyle konar-göçer bir hayat tarzının-kısmen varlığını sürdürse de- hâkim hayat biçimi olarak devam etmesinin zor olduğu bir gerçektir. Her halükârda, Orhan Gazi zamanından başlayarak, yerleşik bir toplum düzeni ve gittikçe gelişen bir idarî ve askerî düzen üzerine oturmaya başlayan Osmanlılarda, tarım ağırlıklı bir iktisadî düzenin hâkim olduğu teslim edilmelidir.Sanayi-öncesi bir tarım toplumunun bütün özelliklerini, Osmanlılarda görmemiz mümkündür. Bu çerçevede, diğer sanayi-öncesi tarım toplumlarında olduğu gibi, milletlerarası, bölgeler arası ve bölge-içi ticaret, kentsel ekonomik faaliyetler, hayvancılık vb. de ekonomide önemli rollere sahipti. Bu toplumlara tarımsal sıfatının uygun görülmesini meşrulaştıran unsur, ekonomik hayatta, üretim ilişkilerinde ve maliyede en önemli yeri tarımsal üretimden elde edilen gelirlerin tutması ve toplumun büyük bir kesiminin-yaklaşık olarak yüzde 80-90’ının tarımsal faaliyetle iştigal etmesidir. Osmanlı toplumuna baktığımızda, 1520-30’lu yıllara ait tahrir defterlerinden elde edilen veriler bu hususu açıkça gösterir.
