1. When organising a business event, describe the range of support activities that may be required.

There are a number of supporting activities that are required when organising a business event, such as; Organising a venue for the event,
Ensuring the event is well publicized,
Appropriate space and licences are in place,
The correct equipment is available and operable
And any relevant documentation is readily available for all attendees. If all of the above are in place it will have a positive effect on the business event.

Section 2 – Understand the purpose of displaying professional and helpful behaviour whilst supporting a business event and how to do so

1. Explain the purpose of displaying professional and helpful behaviour when supporting a business event.

By displaying a helpful and professional behaviour during a business event you help promote a positive outcome to the event. People will enjoy the experience and as a result will make a useful and positive contribution.

The attendees will become more informed and as such will follow up any agreed actions.

People receive all the information which they require, which leads to a better experience and they then see the organisation in a positive way.
