EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This marketing plan is for Cretin Cakes and Pastries two stores located in Quezon City.
Cretin Cakes and Pastries is a pastry shop owned by sisters Serena and Venus that was opened in 2010. It has now expanded to another location in the city from selling pastries to coffee concoctions.
Since Cretin Cakes and Pastries has now two stores managed and soon to have a delivery service, it is a kind of challenging effort that has to give for business continues success.
The marketing goal is to establish a way wherein the business has gain expansion. Cretin Cakes and Pastries wants to increase the yearly sales from 2% to 4% by this year in both stores.
One of the best ways to increase the sales of both stores is the promotion.
Cretin Cakes and Pastries Online Order Service adds better revenue to the store.
For new action of promotion, Cretin Cakes and Pastries plans to print brochures with products and prices for consumer at the near store locations.
Cretin Cakes and Pastries plans to have tarpaulin advertisements in ads spaces available in supermarkets, malls or parks in the city.
The business also plans to have a small ads space in Philippine Star Newspaper.
Upon opening hours of the store, every Php. 200.00 single receipt transaction of any baked food products of Cretin Cakes and Pastries will avail them a Php. 20.00 discount coupon valid for dine-in orders.
This marketing plan will be launched in both stores of Cretin Cakes and Pastries not in a whole but time after time as it meets enough budgets.

    The Cheesecake factory founded in 1972 by Evelyn and Oscar Overton has been one of the most famous family eatery in America. Just the name along sets it apart as an iconic and delectable place, you can tell that cheese cakes are just one of many of the restaurants specialties that it has to offer. Than in 1978 David Overton (son of Oscar and Evelyn) open up the first cheese cake factory restaurant in Beverly hills with little knowledge but a strive and intuition of making a great restaurant expertise perfect with generous portions and unlimited inventive menu selection the cheese cake factory was a success and within 30years later and over 100+ restaurants the cheese cake factory grew to the momentum house hold name it is today; Growing from a small kitchen in Oscar and Evelyn’s basement to stand as a place that is a must to dine in didn’t come without its trials and tribulations.
