Project Strategy

The company that I’m going to do my project on is Coca-Cola. They are the world’s largest retailer of non-alcoholic beverages. They produce a large variety of different beverages, such as juices, sport drinks, and teas. It is believed to be the most valuable brand selling products in over 200 countries all around the world and owning over 500 brands across the world. Coca-Cola is mainly operated in North America accounting for at least 25% of its capital expenditures. Coca-Cola was established in 1886 to refresh the world as it says as their mission statement. I’m going to focus my research on finding the certain financial reports of Coca-Cola that will allow me to accurately portray their cost of goods sold. I will also discuss their inventory method they use and how it is beneficial opposed to anything else. I will also discuss how they manage their supply chain and their materials used to make their company more profitable. I would also search ways on how they make their products more efficient and how they market it to their customers. I would also compare their leading competitor, Pepsi Co. I would differentiate each of their earnings and how they manufacture their goods differently to obtain a profit in their net income. I would also discuss ways Coca-Cola will advance to further their earnings so their able to sell and invite people all around the world to purchase their beverages.
