The Kmart Corporation is a discount store focused selling a great product. Kmart provides a variety of products, services, and great prices for every type of customers. These products include clothing, appliances, toiletries, pharmacy, electronics, tools, linen and houseware. The achievement of being the third largest discount store in the United States and focus on bringing great products and services to customers.
Business, Product, and Customers: Mission Statement.
Kmart Corporation is designated to service a variety of clientele including varying cultures, ethnicities, and religions all with the common goal of purchasing products at a discounted price. The main competition for Kmart are other large discount department stores such as Walmart and Target. Customers have the choice between going into Walmart and Target which do not offer accumulative bonus Kmart points that save the customer even more money. This is one of the techniques that helped Kmart Corporation be able to succeed in a large market of discount stores. The store will have and display an assortment of products that are offered which helps accumulate points which is a not used by any of Kmart’s top competitors. Kmart corporation new offering of express pet grooming will be available for customers to utilize while they shop and accumulate even more point that can be used for future grooming or other products and services. Kmart Corporation’s mission statement is to provide the highest quality of products and services any discount store with our diversified array of products, tools, and services in order for the customer to achieve a great customer shopping experience.
