In the situation of Mr. Harry Smith, I would consider delegation of duties and give other people in the company a chance to lead. Leadership is not an expect and other flaws, but rather an aspect of moving forward together as a team having each stakeholder taking part in policy making and implementation. These methods are well fitted with techniques that will make the workers are well prepared to carry out their task in a mo0re effective manner. The most reliable method of training employees is the training model where a number of training models are applied at once per single training session. This technique is effective in ensuring trainees are equipped effectively and there is high information retention by the employees. There are various factors that affect the method of training techniques to be used they include;
The session training objectives; they can be, new skills implementation, improved workplace character, an improved working environment, changing old techniques with the new techniques. People to undertake the training, are they workers, are they, seasonal workers.The training budget, time set aside by the management for the training and the funds and materials set aside for the training purposes.
