Specific purpose: To inform my audience about the three major benefits of Pilate’s workout

Central idea: Pilates is beneficial for general fitness, specific health conditions and most of all for your overall well-being.

I. Have you ever attempted Pilates exercises? If not, now is the moment. Find out the benefits of Pilates. It is a minimal impact workout, which will be simple to master and perform that can help you get fit and remain flexible, beautifully shaped and cut.
II. The creator, Joseph Pilate, found out the numerous rewards from this workout. In class, Joseph had been a very sickly, fragile kid whose overall performance in sporting activities had been practically non-existent. Following several problems and failures, Joseph had been driven to discover a way to fix his issue and so he managed to do so.
III. Pilates focus on developing the core strength inside the body and elongating the spine. This form of exercise would enhance strength and spread awareness on proper posture.

III. Increases stability for the pelvis and shoulders which is increasing elasticity of the muscles and mobility of the joints.
2. Second benefits of Pilates is on the health conditions

I. Builds better balance and coordination, particularly for the elderly who are suffer stiff and painful joints.
