ABSTRACT
E-Commerce stands for electronic commerce and E-Commerce is the buying and selling of products over an electronic network. The main purpose of E-Commerce helps consumer’s priority in developing their market through online. This paper mainly aims in analyzing the role of E-Commerce in modern business and social environments, international barriers to E-commerce and their roles in success of E-Commerce.
Keywords: E-Commerce, modern business, social environments and barriers.

E-commerce is nothing but trading the products and services through the internet.
E-Commerce in Modern business
The business without E-commerce is limited to some extent .In term, if we want to run a business with in a store, it needs lot of equipment such as land, infrastructure, employees which lead more money to maintain it and limits to a particular area. And publicity is required to make the people know that the business is running in that area. But the people in that area may not show interest in the business which leads to loss in business. So in this case, we have to move business out of the area which involves more money, time and man work.
We can overcome such types of issues by using E-Commerce. E-Commerce does not require a physical store, infrastructure and employees where people can walk in. So here, we can save money and the business is not only restricted to a particular area. But E-Commerce requires some technologies to maintain business in online. By using E-Commerce we can trade the products globally. There is no need of focusing on a particular area. With minimal expenses we can get maximum profits.
E-Commerce in social environments
There are many uses of using E-Commerce in social environments.
