M3 Compare the features, strengths and weakness of two successful businesses
In this task I will compare the features, strengths and weakness of two successful businesses.
The two businesses I will look at are:-
APPLE & DYSON
Feature identified in organisation 1:
Dyson have one feature that they are INNOVATIVE, this means that they are constantly making new product with new technology and ideas. They also fulfil their customers need
Examples of Dyson product are Hand Dryer Bladeless Fan Vacuum Cleaners
Features identified in organisation 2:
Apple is also the INNOVATIVE, because they always improve their products and release new models. Apple meet their customer needs this means that Apple are making something new for their customer, because they find out their customer need and make them happy.

Similarities/Differences
Features of Companies Similarities Differences
Both Companies are Innovative. 
Both Companies are Making electronics product.  APPLE make all hand held products.
DYSON make all home appliances. 
They both are trying something new for customers.  James Dyson is the one owner who tried to make something new.

Steve Wozniak
Ronald Wayne they are the founder of the company. 
Strengths identified in organisation 1:
Dyson have same vision and same technology like vacuum cleaners and any other electronics home appliances. Dyson Company has same owner but different employers who want to motivate Dyson Company, Dyson used EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system for distribution this system is too easy to used and by this system Dyson know there product reputation, need etc. Reputation of Dyson Company is too high because of its strength and its strength is high because of its technology and ideas.
Threats

Apple has also same Vision and aim like they are special in making the hand held products like apple iPhone, iPod, iPad; Apple Company is popular, well-known brand because they know for their quality and also fulfil the people wants. Brand loyalty is incredible, people will line up in the freezing cold overnight just to be one of the first to get their hands on the new iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Threats

Apple is USA based company but they assembled there product in china 

Weaknesses identified in organisation 1
• Dyson product is too small for cleaning a big hall.
• Their product is too difficult to carry.
• Dyson use apple company products but apple doesn’t use their products.
Weaknesses identified in organisation 2
• This company make more money than there expenditures this means that the Company sale there product expensive than other made product like (Samsung Sony etc.).
• Some analysts say that without legendary founder Steve Jobs at the helm innovation may slow, as Tim Cook is a good CEO but just not the same.

They can’t try to make something another electronic item like cars since they are making their products like vacuum cleaner and phones 
