About Winged Eyeliner
Since ancient Egypt winged eyeliner, also known as the cat eye, has been the perfect way to spice up any makeup look. Winged eyeliner is alluring, fierce, bold and one of the biggest makeup trends today. Everyone from your favorite celebrity to your closest friend is likely a fan of winged eyeliner. If you’re like me you‘re also a fan of winged eyeliner but haven’t mastered it. Lucky for us, I’ve found a few steps that will help us achieve the prefect winged eyeliner.
What you’ll need
1. Liquid eyeliner
2. Scotch tape
Steps to create Winged Eyeliner
1) Apply the scotch tape to the back of your hand to keep it from sticking too tightly to your face.
