d. The first step to making a simple boutique hair bow is to gather the tools and materials that you will need. i. You will need the following tools:

5. Ribbon, it can be any size and any type, but I prefer using 1-½”grosgrain ribbon, simply because it is easier to handle and more durable. It’s not as delicate as organza or silk ribbons.
