What Is My Leadership Philosophy
My leadership philosophy and its impact on us as a team. As a senior leader in an organization that stresses leading by example and team building, I believe it is vital to assume a leadership philosophy that enables its continued success and growth. To accomplish this task I have learnt to fully adopt the best leadership styles already perfected by others, build on others I come across and embrace the Army Values. I believe that highly motivated, critical forward thinking personnel with creative mindsets are vital to mission accomplishment and thus, I will strive to create and maintain a healthy work environment in order to facilitate the enhancement of these qualities.

    Taking ENES 317 has exposed me to lot of knowledge such as one leadership/Management skills, personality types, approaches to problems and decision making.
