Weight Watchers at Work seems like a great service for those with busy lives. I believe it takes a lot of discipline, support, and motivation to remain active in this type of service. These meetings at work gives an opportunity for everyone to be supportive and stay motivated. The convenience of having the meetings at work is so much easier to participate than to set aside additional time in the evenings to attend the meetings.
