Conclusion and Recommendation

This course helps me to understand especially essential elements of modern Human Resources Management and improves my management skills. Human Resources management is a key business operating practise for managing people in a company. Developing and communication skills, business management, technical skill and workforce planning, HRM is an important part of development and business planning.

1.1Analyse the role and purpose of human resource management in a selected service industry Human resource management (HRM) is back born of an organisation; further a firm cannot build good team without HRM. And support to the organisations strategy and donate to the success of organisational goal in short term and long term period. Employing the right staff at right time with specific skill to reach the organisational goals and objectives known as HR policies and HR planning and procedures offer organisations the chance to give a fair and reliable method to manage their staff. ‘’ A Strategic approach to managing employee relations which emphasises that leveraging people’s capabilities is critical to achieving sustainable competitive advantage through a distinctive set of integrated employment policies, programme and practices’’ (Bratton & Gold, 2007) The Human resource management is simply call as people management henceforth it includes design of formal system within company to confirm active and well-organized use of human skill in the achievement of administrative goal. Such as * Recruited and select the right employees.

* Arranging training to staffs.
* Payment method (including benefits such as holiday, sick pays, transportation , accommodation). * Motivating the staffs.
* Ensure the health and safety in work environment.
* Award/reward programme.
* Handle compensation.
* Ensure compliance and regulations.
* Developing public relation.
HRM has rights to take discipliner actions or sack them. Further the purpose of HRM is to increase the output of a company...
