Executive Summary

Good and positive attitude organizational management is a significant factor to running a successful organization. Manager is responsible for all planning, organizing, leading and controlling for the organization (Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly, & Konopaske, 2012). 

This report shows Mrs. Mclean who is working as a manager in templestowe pioneer
Village aged care. The manager’s job requirements that help manger to mange day-to-day organizational activities accordance to aged care standards. This assignment also describes how manager use positive and accurate interaction method with individuals and groups from inside and outside the organization. Moreover, nature of independency performs a vital role between manager and other individuals and groups. This study also provides a framework to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency.

1 Introduction

Manager plays a crucial role in the organization. Any organization cannot run and succeed their goals in absence of the direction of the managers. Management is compulsory to provide leadership and encouragement where two or more individual put efforts to get organization’s target. Good Management is working on day-to-day tasks like as planning, directing, organizing, controlling and motivation. (Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly & Konopaske, 2012).

This assignment gives information about job of the facility manager who is working in Southern Cross Care templestowe pioneer village aged care. SCC is a Catholic aged care that supplies high
