The Importance Of Attending MCTI
If I decide not to attend MCTI or it's determined to not be a good fit for me, I understand based off the recommendations from my 2017 summer work experience that I will participate in a community based assessment to explore different job opportunities.
Once I complete the assessment, I understand a staffing will be held to review the results. If I am recommended for employment I understand I will then move forward with job development services. If by chance, my job interest area changes from the goal listed in this plan, I understand that my plan will need to be amended.
