Par-Q Research Paper
In several sentences, discuss your readiness for PA. Base your comments on your questionnaire results and the types of PA you plan to perform in the future.
The issuance of a par-Q is essential for individuals between the ages of fifteen and sixty-nine. These are usually issued to individuals who are usually breaking their usual physical activity levels and increasing them. It is great for me to do one of these now since I just signed up for the phoenix marathon. After completing the par-Q I answered no to all of the questions. Based on this it provided me with the common advice with building my physical activity incrementally. Understanding the human body and its unique ability for adaptation I know this is the best and safest route to take.
