Simple seven steps to live to 100
Specific Purpose: To persuade my audience to start to take seven steps to be free from diseases and live to 100
Central Idea: By taking the seven steps, many people can get less disease and live longer.

Introduction
Do you want to live to 100, do you want to free of heart diseases, cancer and blood pressure? That maybe can be realized. 100 years old is an accessible age, in history, Sun Si miao died at the age of 101, Zhang xueliang ,also 101,Song Meiling, 106.And according to a leading heart doctor Dr Clyde Yancy, who is a Canadian cardiologist, many people could live to the age of 100 by following seven simple steps. Today I will introduce the seven steps to you and urge you to pay more attention on your health; I want to persuade you to take the seven steps to expand your life.

According to research, in Europe, there are two-thirds of adults now overweight and a quarter of them are clinically obese. There are nearly 2.7m people living with heart disease in the UK and it kills one in five men and one in seven women – equivalent to 250 deaths every day.
Around 200,000 people die each year from conditions related to circulation, including strokes, heart attacks and heart disease, costing the NHS £30 bn a year.
2 The average life of people is much lower than what we expected.
The average life in UK is 75, while in China is only 72 years old, which is not enough for us to enjoy our life in such a changeable world.
It’s really a shocking number. We feel upset, and we need some action to prevent this to happen to ourselves. We should have been living much longer than that if we do something.
