1.0 Introduction

Being the era where technological advancement is rapidly being introduced all throughout the globe. In the professional world, there are systems being used to monitor their work time. And the administrators shall be able to check which worker is neglecting ones work thus they would be able create the necessary action to prevent it from happening.

It is eminent that even the educational program of the students should be affected. In saying so, the facilities of the school must be able to accommodate the demand of the program for its success especially since the behavioral of the students are also affected by the advancement of technology wherein their time and effort are being eaten away by the social media and online gaming

The Christ In You Faith Christian Academy is a Christian school built in the year of 1990. It provides an educational program from pre-elementary to junior high.

Both the instructor of the school and the student’s ID shall have a QR code that will be read by the Web Cam to automatically monitor their attendance in class and will also automatically send a SMS to the parents to ensure them that their child was present on that day. With these, the instructors would be able to clearly see which student’s needs attention in order to prevent anymore absences and when at home, the parents would be able to discipline their child.

And not only that, one of the functions of the system is its full security lock of the classroom preventing incidents of misuse of the facility without any identification of the offender. The security lock of the classroom will only recognize the administrator/instructor that is scheduled on the present day.

The student and teacher who are not on the school are not allowed to access the system because there is a camera that will monitor each person who will be using the system. Also, a student must be register first by the registrar to be able to access the system. In addition, the system must be used in range from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Operating System only and it cannot recognize scratched and damaged QR codes. The system is only for logging in of the students and is unsure if the student really went straight to the class after using the system. Also, the study will not cover the creating of identification cards of the students and notifications will not be sent to the parent or guardian in case of a problem with the service
