The different stages of life
1)Infancy
(up to 2years) -growth is rapid , a time where infancy learns how to walk and crawl , use their hands to move objects etc
2)Early childhood
(Up to 8yrs ), growth is rapid but not as rapid as the infancy stage at age 8 the know child will know ride bicycle .
3)Adolesence
Time for physical changes to a childs body and friends are more influencial
4)Early adulthood (19-45)
An individual reached peak of physical health and fitness.
5)Middle adulthood (45 -650)
Physical changes such as men losing hair.
6)Later adulthood
Decline in body movements , problems with mobility and agility.

Key aspects of human growth and development at each life stage
Physical development
Physical growth and physiological growth will be rapid during the first year and then steady until puberty.it is important to remember that every one is an individual who may grow and develop at different rates .

Infancy and early childhood
This is a period of immense growth of all areas of development, from a very dependent new born baby to a child who,by the age of three, has mastured many skills, including talking, walking,using toilet,using spoon and scribbling.
Gross motor skills , an infant learns how to control their head, sit up and crawl.
Fine Motor skills an infant learns how to pick up objects or hold a rattle .
A child between the ages of three and five will begin to develop fine motor skills and by the of five , most children will be able to use Adolescence
Between the ages of 9 and 12 individual personalities and cognitive skills develop. Growth and development become slower and more steady until the start of puberty.
The adolescence years are a period of accelerated growth where individuals become taller and begin to gain weight ,although this will vary from individual to individual and across genders. Sexual maturity is one of the most significant developments during this time, although the age

    At the birth all the babies are dependent on their parents however they do learn and explore such as when new born baby is awake the look around by moving their heads, watch and begin to recognise their carer or parents . At this age of birth to 18 months babies grow and develop with great speed. Three months old baby will be able to kick their leg and stretch the arms, can lift their head up when lying also the babies can turn side to side this we can define as gross motor skills. By using fine motor skills the babies can hold a small toy for a short period of time also the try to grab your finger and play. They also react on the sounds they hear and begin to move their head towards the things which makes voice. Six months old babies develop more and do use more gross motor skills such as they may try to roll over from back to from, may hold up hands to be picked up and they may also be able to sit without support for a short period of time. In fine motor skills they can pass to toys from one hand to another and has learned to drop the things. Nine months old baby plays a major part in gross motor skills because in here they can start learn to crawl, when sitting can turn sides to reach the toys. Furthermore, they can use fingers to point at things. With 12 months old babies gross motor skills can be that they can stand alone, can start walking but will tend to fall or sit suddenly or also can walk few steps if someone is holding them. In fine motor skills they can begin to show preference for one, put small objectives in to a container blocks in to a beaker.     Physical - New born babies are born with many different reflexes to help them survive. These reflexes include the ability to swallow and suck reflexes, enabling them to feed. They also use a grasp reflex where they will automatically wrap their fingers around the caregiver’s finger or object when it is pressed against their palm.
