At least 1,300 people have lost their water in and around East Porterville (Source 2). Farmers will start drilling underground to find water once they run out. I think if someone’s house runs out of water, they will have to move but who’s going to buy a house off of them, if it doesn’t have water. Unless someone can find a way to have water in that house.
In conclusion I still feel like they should have a law about water because if not the drought will get worse by 2020 or so on. I just feel that everyone will have a better life in the future. To save water, the state will have to say only 3-5 minute showers or they will need to find others
