The California Water Crisis

What if you didn’t have enough water to do your daily activities. California is in a humongous drought. The egocentric farmers are using water for the food, but the people need water for themselves. Like taking showers, and water for washing their clothes. There isn’t enough water for the people to use the aquifer for their needs. The citizens go months or weeks without showering. The people even have to use bird baths to shower. California should control the aquifer use.

The people shouldn’t have to suffer, the farmers will be fine without using so much water. The economy won’t change, furthermore both will be happy. The people will be able to have their basic rights again, and the farmers will still be making money and keeping their jobs, same as others like people who sell equipment to the farmers, and etc. the farmers shouldn’t be selfish during their problem, they should understand where the citizens are coming from. Many of the people spoke up and made it public about what this is doing to them, and many people are against the farmers. Just think about it, what would you do if you couldn’t shower for months or weeks? How would you feel? These people have to go through this, and we should take a stand and step up to the farmers together with making things right, not just for them, but for the people who are going through
The laws will be very helpful for both the farmers and the people. Frequently the laws will allow the farmers to use water, but not as much as they have been. The citizens are having to deal with this situation. Causing them not to live how they normally should. In this case, the farmers are afraid about not using all the water that they need for their crops. If the crops don’t get enough water, it can cause damage. Like, no food for the people, meaning no money, and making no money can lead to people losing their jobs. "I have to look at buying less pickups, employing less people, buying less tractors. Many of the citizens are forced to safe their water for their needs that are very necessary.
