Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit
In the first week of October,My Friends and I had got a great opportunity to visit Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit ,Bangkok. This hotel is considered to be five starts hotel which located in the heart of Sukhumvit road. Moreover, they also receive a lot of accolades and awards. Talking about the activities that I had a chance to observe and learn, I had learned so many things.First , thing that learned was about how to make a cocktail and it is one of my favorite.this activities was interesting.I had got a chace to learn step by step and feel so fun to see their demonstration.Second, that I learned was about the basic step to make a bed.This activity is related with one of my general subject also internship which is hotel manager apart from learning to make a bed . In addiction, They also taught me about the table manners which I think it’s an important thing in my real life.All these activities are just apart of many things that I have learned from this hotel After observing all of activities in the hotel and studying their works, I would like to analyze the pros and cons of their work that I observed. First ,every employees always put their best effort when they do their jobs, The mangers also control their subordinates with love and care.What they do is to reach the hotel’s vision & mission.They want to maintain their standard of being five stars hotel and being famous around the world.On the other hand,I couldn’t find find disadvantage from them.Their are very professional and perfection on their job.That make me very impress for this Field Trip.From From this Field trip , I have learned that studying in the university is just a part of a beginning of my real life my journey begins when I graduate and work in some companies or hotels.Studying from textbools is to gain my knowledge,observing from field trip is to gain more experience and to work,in the famous hotel is to fulfill dream.
