Research question “Should Koyka Electronics Pvt.Ltd set up its manufacturing unit of transformers in district Haridwar of Uttarakhand in order to expand its business”?
Rationale
They are currently into selling of Auto Garage Equipments where they are not able to get a good growth rate. So they plan to stick to their basics that was transformers. They see many benefits in Uttarakhand such as good market for the product. There main aim is to expand and increase their sales turnover.

Theoretical framework
I have would analyze the financial state as well as the non- financial factors affecting the set-up of the new business. I would be using Ansoff matrix, Investment Appraisal to evaluate the financial aspect and use Force field analysis and PEST analysis to look into the threats and opportunities for the business, which come along with the new unit.

Methodology

I would be taking into account both primary and secondary research. Primary research would mainly be taking interview with the director of the company which would help me find out more about their current market position, need for expansion, benefits that they are taking to consideration.
Secondary research would be mainly from the various sites on internet, it would mainly be used to see the current economic position of Uttarakhand, is the company getting benefits from setting up a new unit there, what are the growth opportunities for them. I
