Company: Thermal Fab Manufacturing.
Description of company:
A medium sized manufacturing company that specializes in the manufacturing of steel and aluminum products for agricultural and public use. We have government projects for public parks and equipment for farms, and utility companies.

I. PURPOSE OF REQUEST.

Our company needs to acquire trainers to train our staff on using Microsoft Office. We need all our employees to be proficient in using these programs to keep up with our business needs.

II. TIME SCHEDULE.

It is the Company’s intent to follow the following process and timetable, resulting in the selection of a firm.

III. Budget. Budgets are limited, so the job will be award to the lowest bidder on this project.

IV. Description of needed training. Our employees need to be knowledgeable in the following Microsoft Office programs” A. Microsoft Word. B. PowerPoint. C. Excel.
V. Desired qualifications.

Applicants for this project must be knowledgeable of the programs listed above, as well be efficient in informing others on how to use them.
