Introduction
Project management: A project has a specific objective to be completed within a certain specifications, have defined start and end dates, have funding limits and consume human and non human resources (Pinto, 2007, p. 4).
A project is defined as a temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique product or service (Project Managment Institution, 2000).
