After reading the business plan, it is very obvious that Mr. Chris LaBossiere and Mr. Don Riep have thought their ideas out very carefully. They both have very impressive backgrounds in the fields of technology allowing them to be hands on as well as active in their business. I would also advice them to modify their plan to add software for which people can download and purchase ProExam in specialized electronic and education teaching stores. Lastly I would like to provide ProExams with a better marketing strategy, as they don’t have the best one in place. The 4 P’s were not covered well; for example per click is not the only way they should be advertising their services. LaBossiere and Mr. Riep did not want to offer software I think it is in their best interest that they do. I know they have many strategic goals and things that differentiate them from the current market competition but I believe staying current but also staying a bit behind in the times will make them a force to be reckoned with. By offering the software in stores potential customers, markets and users will be able to test the product and find out for themselves that ProExams is an excellent way to test any individual no matter age or language. ProExams is a very productive tool in that it can help huge enterprises with massive amounts of testing and certification in a quick and inexpensive way. Offering the software to be bought will bring in plenty of revenue as well as good customer relationships.
ProExams must market better than just a per-click basis as not everyone is up to date or has ever heard of a hosted application testing service. By being able to look outside of the Internet community ProExams will be able to advertise to new markets and continue to develop more customer relations as well as international
