Per scholars and business professionals, pursing a higher education is important to business and professional development of an individual’s lifelong goals. Thus, the reason for pursuing a doctoral degree is it will help me advance society’s efforts in the field. The degree will allow me to research questions that can resolve complicated issues in the field of study. Strengths
Competition – being especially talented in the competition theme my progress is measured against the performance of others. My strive is to win first place and revel in contests.

Strategic - being especially talented in the strategic theme my goals are to create alternative ways to succeed. Faced with any given scenario, I’ve quickly spotted the relevant patterns and issues.

Self-Assessment for Overcoming Challenges
Overall, there are many ways to prepare for overcoming these challenges that might prevent me from reaching my goals. The doctoral journey requires a strategic approach, therefore the development of strategies and having available resources to draw on will help me achieve my goals.
Conclusion
In conclusion, since there are tremendous amounts of things to be discovered, my goal for the future is to embrace the opportunity as a graduate and use that opportunity to my advantage to make global change. That way my plans will make a positive impact on my career, my family, and my community through my successful completion of the doctoral degree which will then allow me the opportunity to make positive changes that will impact the world. My plans will help me to advance my career, earn the respect of my family and make my community proud of my accomplishments.
