This article from the Colgate website focuses on how to remove and prevent plaque and also shows step by step information how to remove plaque. The source of this article comes from a top selling brand called Colgate and based upon their professional research institute whose main focus is to help people require improved oral health. Reading this article helped and reminded me how plaque can cause many problems and why others and I should floss and brush our teeth twice a day to prevent plaque.

Tooth decay is the process that results in a cavity. It happens when bacteria in your mouth make acids that eat away at a tooth. If not treated, tooth decay can cause pain, infection, and tooth loss. You can easily prevent tooth decay by brushing and flossing your teeth regularly, seeing your dentist for teeth cleaning and checkups, and avoiding foods that are high in sugar. This article gives information what shouldn’t be consumed a lot and how to prevent tooth decay. The brand more Dentist use themselves worldwide is there caption and is a trustworthy source and is based upon research. This is another useful article for my research as it focuses on a different aspect on oral health and that flossing and brushing twice a day is important to keep good oral health.
