    Project selection problems of Information System (IS) are Multi-Criteria Decision Making problems. In this paper, we recommended a combined approach for IS project selection in Health care institutions by implementing Goal programming and Analytical Hierarchy programming. Utilizing the outcomes of past investigations of health awareness organizations, four sets of value measures are distinguished. These measures, through the Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP), are weighted.
