The ever increasing number of mobile phone providers in Lebanon has made it very difficult for new dealers to prove their worth. Empulse will strive to enter the market strongly through its high quality products and services, and its excellent customer care(return policy, order tracking, VIPs…). Approximately 20,000 sellers are competing to sell practically the same products and it’s up to us and our professionalism to excel in a rising market place.

From having your desired technological equipment delivered to your house or having your phones repaired and/or recharged, empulse aims at realizing your urge to match a high-tech lifestyle as smoothly as possible. All our services will come to you with one phone call (please add other ways to communicate with empulse). What differentiates us is the flexibility in your payment procedure on one hand - as you will be paying only after owning the solution and credibility in our service on the other- for you can return what you ordered if it doesn’t meet your highest expectations, all after the product is delivered straight to your home. Customers can benefit from a pointing system where on each purchase, the consumer will earn points which will transform him into a VIP customer (priority). It’s also note to mention that our prices are the second lowest in the entire country. Our business is active 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Our business is managed directly by the partners in addition to a very qualified delivery system and call center managed by more than capable, experienced, and up-to-date management team.

Our mission: We exist to deliver the Technological Service or Product you desire. Satisfy your urge to have it, pay only after you own it and return as long as you don’t like it!

Technological: In the past three decades, a major shift in technology has prevailed in the mobile handset industry. Through innovation and technological advances, the market shifted from analog transmissions (1G), to digital mobile communications in 1992 (also known as 2G), and ultimately to the Wideband Data Communications network (3G). With rapid changes in this dynamic marketplace only the most well-funded and well-managed companies have managed to emerge from generation to generation, whilst others have been unsuccessful.…

As mentioned before Dialog remains as the market leader in the private consumer market of voice and data services while Mobitel retains the market leadership in the business enterprise area. Although other competitors such as Hutch, Etisalat, and Lankabell exist in the market, they only hold a minor percentage of the total market. Unlike many ither products that usually have an untapped portion in the market, the telecommunication voice and data industry is one that has reached a majority of the total population as of now. According to 2012 year end statistics sri lanka had 20.3 million mobile phone subscription. This is a massive figure when it is compared to the 20.8 million total population of sri lanka. This suggests that majority of the current population own atleast one mobile phone while another significant sector may own more than one connection. This value combined with the fixed lines that most homes in the urban areas and almost all business enterprises possess, it can be safely said that sri lanka is coming to a stage where the customer base for telecommunication is almost the total population of the nation. Thus the challenge that SLT would face in the near future is not to convince totally new customers to buy mobile phones and fixed lines, but rather to retain its current client base and to attract customers of other competitors into its own brand.…

HTC Corporation deals in the manufacture of mobile wireless technology. The firm faces extensive competition from companies such as Nokia, Samsung, Apple and RIM among others. To stay afloat in the competitive field of mobile technology, HTC has continued to undertake extensive R&D in mobile technology, efforts which have been rewarded by the production of many ‘firsts’ including the numerous phones operating with Android and Microsoft software. On marketing and logistics, HTC has embarked on a long freight process which has continued to increase the prices of its products, thus putting pressure on its maintenance of competitive advantage, bearing in mind that its competitors manufacture similar products and sell them at a cheaper price. For HTC Corporation to make headways in the competitive market, it has to reduce the marketing channel, outsource logistics process and tap on unexplored markets in developing countries.…

Mobile customer relationship management (CRM) can make a huge difference in almost in company. Reeves has always told his sales teams that less is always more, so he wanted to follow his own words when he guided his entire mobile deployment (O’Brien & Marakas, 2011). When there are dozens of input lines that must be filled out and a plethora of extra work, you are asking for a major disaster. Reeves knew he needed to simplify the process and eliminate lines they did not necessarily need. They are constantly making changes and improving the way they do things at Dow Corning. They are constantly cutting down on input lines and time it takes to fill out the applications. Before, there were over two dozen classifications of customer sales opportunities…
